If you are not satisfied with your item upon receipt, will we look into what
we can do to resolve the matter within 72 hours. Provide a written request to
our Etsy store within 72 hours of receipt of item.

Guaranteed Return Policy:
If merchandise is not as described it can be returned for a refund within 3
days after receipt of delivery. Item must be received back in the same
condition sent for a refund and insured at the buyer's expense. There is no
refund on any postage including return.

Worry Free Shipping Policy:
Any merchandise over $200 will automatically be insured at no cost to the
buyer. Most other items will be insured through the United States Postal
Service with the flat rate insurance covering $50.00.

All jewelry that is being sold as 925, sterling silver, 10k, 14k, or however
it is described is 100% guaranteed to within industry standards what it is
advertised as. We test and verify all of our jewelry. Other items have
appraisal reports, certificates of authenticity, or some other form of
documentation to verify the items origin, grade, or quality.
