'(46) Isola Madre.' We believe this to be an albumen photographic print. It is
undated but is likely to date to the latter part of the 19th century.

Isola Madre is a small island in Lake Maggiore in the north of Italy.

Photograph, excluding mount, measures about 19.5 cm x 24.5 cm.

Condition: Mounted on very thin paper. Like most albumen prints it has a
tendency to curl unless enclosed within a protective sleeve or mounted onto
thick card. Some creases in the surface of the print. Has faded somewhat
especially around the edges. Some spotting / dotting on the image. Some small
tears to the paper on which the photograph is mounted.

The colours in the photographs will not be completely accurate due to
variables in the photos or scans we use and individual computer settings.

by Royal Mail International Tracked ('Tracked and Signed' where available). It
may be possible to combine overseas orders depending on overall weight and
